  • RV Camping (East Lower Lot)

    RV sites in the East Lower Lot are NOT recommended for RV Travel Trailers & 5th Wheel units larger than 35’ and Class A Motor Coaches.

  • RV Camping (East Upper Lot)

    Recommended for Class A motor coaches and RV Travel Trailers & 5th Wheel units larger than 35’ (any size camper is welcome to book).

  • Premium Paved RV Camping

    Recommended for Class A motor coaches and RV Travel Trailers & 5th Wheel units larger than 35’ (any size camper is welcome to book). To enhance your experience, we also provide a free golf cart shuttle service from the Premium Paved RV area directly to the main gate for your convenience.

ADD ON OPTIONS

VIP Tent Access

Enhance your Carolina BalloonFest experience by adding VIP Tent Access to your ticket. The VIP Tent offers premier covered seating with incredible views of the Main Stage entertainment, balloon ascensions, and the nightly balloon glow—giving you a comfortable place to relax and take it all in. Guests will enjoy access to premium port-a-johns, along with catered meals throughout all three days of the festival, including Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast and lunch. Your experience also includes unlimited coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer and wine (limitations apply). VIP access is limited and must be added during the ticket checkout process, so we recommend securing your spot in advance.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out

RV guests also have the option to enhance their stay with Early Check-In and Late Check-Out add-ons. Early check-in allows arrival on Thursday, October 15 starting at 12 PM, while late check-out extends your departure to Monday, October 19 at 9 AM, giving you more time to settle in and enjoy the full festival experience. These add-ons are limited in availability and must be selected during the ticket checkout process.

    Departure:

    • All RV guests must vacate the grounds after the event ends on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

    There is the option to add-on Early Check-In (Thursday) or Late Check-Out (Monday) for additional fees.

    All RVs will check-in at the Premium Paved Lot. Make sure to follow signage and staff directions upon arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.

  • There is the option of Early Check-In and Late Check-Out for additional fees. Otherwise, check-in starts at 12 PM on Friday, October 16.

  • 20 foot x 50 foot

  • Generators are permitted but no operation is permitted during “Quiet Hours” from 10pm-6am.

  • Pets are permitted in the campground area only. No pets are permitted inside the event grounds at any time.

  • Only one tow vehicle is permitted in the campground area.

  • RV camping is located in a grass field or paved parking lot and is dry camping only—there are no electric, water, or sewer hookups available on site. Please plan accordingly and come prepared for self-contained camping.

  • There are presently no discounts offered for RV Camping.
