Media Credentials for Special Coverage of Carolina BalloonFest

Thank you for your interest in covering the 50th Annual Carolina BalloonFest, taking place October 17–19, 2025 at the Statesville Regional Airport in Statesville, North Carolina.

We welcome members of the media to join us in capturing and sharing the excitement of our milestone year. To ensure the best experience for both our guests and media partners, all individuals requesting credentials must complete the Media Application form below.

Important Notes:

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
All applications will be reviewed by our team. Applicants will be notified by email whether their request has been approved or not approved.
Approved media will receive credential pick-up instructions and additional event details prior to the festival.
Applications should be submitted by October 1, 2025 to allow time for review and processing.
