Advance Fee of $75 provides parking on both Friday, October 21 & Saturday, October 22. Non Refundable.

Fee includes 2 Weekend Passes, a $40 value, to the Carolina BalloonFest; additional tickets are $10 at gate, each day

All vehicles must vacate premises before 6pm, Sunday October 23

$75 Advance Fee is accepted by Check via U.S. Postal Mail. Mailed applications with earliest postmarks will be considered as advance reservation request. Postmark Deadline is October 15.

$100 Cash Only parking MAY be available without advance reservation; payable upon arrival at gate - if space is available

No Refunds. Either fee applies to one vehicle, whether vehicle parks one or both dates.
Special Event information,parking and traffic flow will be provided by 1400am WSIC Local News Talk Sports Radio - throughout the weekend.

GENERAL DIRECTIONS:
Follow I-40 West, Exit 146 or I-40 West, Exit 148 to Hwy 70 that leads to Statesville Regional Airport.
As you near the airport perimeter, road signs will be posted and volunteers will be positioned to guide you to our parking area and hot air balloon festival!
Rain or Shine... Carolina BalloonFest is open!
Hot Air Balloons will fly or be on display when suitable. safe weather conditions exist. The decision to fly or display balloons is made immediately prior to flight time.
